With over 10 years of experience as a competitive athlete and then a coach of both powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting, I have a unique position in the industry, with a breadth and depth of knowledge of the 'big five' lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, snatch, clean&jerk) far beyond the average personal trainer.
