As well as the events there will be food on sale, courtesy of the amazing Meat Street BBQ ( chilli and ribs that are out of this world ), and Power Kakes, a local company that have managed to turn Lemon cake, and Brownies, amongst others, into healthy protein snacks.
There will also be soft drinks on sale.
We are pleased to also have on offer the services of Cheserae Escott. Cheserae is a student sports massage therapist working towards her level 4 diploma. For this event, she will be providing pre and post competition massages, warming the muscles in preparation for the competition and relaxing them after.
The gym will be open as usual from 7-6 for members .
