Im really pleased to announce that on 12th December, Mark Smith will be here at Koru. I’m sure most of you have heard of Mark. If you haven’t then look back at the recent Muscle and Fitness, or you could just google him and see pictures of him on stage, posing alongside Phil heath!
Won’t you won’t see is the amazing story of an ex-Grenadier Guard, and how he overcame horrific injuries to become a top bodybuilder, and his campaign to make DisAbility Bodybuilding an accepted class at competitions.
I’ve been speaking with Mark over the past month or so to arrange this, and I have to say I am amazed at his humbleness. I guarantee he will inspire you to achieve whatever you want.
Mark will be at Koru in Bishop’s Stortford on 12th December, from 4pm to 6pm, and will also hang around afterwards to chat. Tickets are £20 and you can either pay at Koru beforehand, or email me at keith@korugym.com and I’ll let you know how to pay online.
