Those of you who have been to Koru Gym will have already witnessed the quality of the work of Andy Wilby at Rebel Strength Essex. We have now placed and order for a GHD (not the hair straighteners), and four plyometric boxes which we hope to have very soon.
We promised that we wouldn’t stand still, and we keep our word! We already have the best gym in the area, and we are adding to it as we need to, with quality, custom-made equipment!
