Koru, the gym that just gets better and better is now offering a Powerlifting club on Friday and Sunday evenings…exclusive for Koru Members.
Starting at the beginning of July, Koru will be offering a twice weekly Powerlifting club.
The club will be run by Koru Personal Trainer Jesse Henning and former Junior National & World Powerlifting Champion Domenic Fazzani. Between them they will show you how to master the three lifts – the squat, the bench press and the deadlift – and help you get the most out of your strength training.
There will be a maximum of 8 in each class to ensure everyone gets attention.
Who is this class for?
The class will be exclusive to members of Koru and is aimed at those who already incorporate some weight training into their workouts, but wishing to progress further. Those looking to get into weight training as a beginner should contact one of the trainers for one to one training.
How long will the class last?
Each class will typically last 2 hours.
Friday’s class will be emphasizing the Squat & Deadlift + assistance work
Sunday’s class will emphasize the Bench Press + assistance work
How much will this cost?
Each class will be £25 per person
