We are extremely pleased to announce that that we have entered into a partnership with Bishop’s Stortford Rugby Club. From next week you will start to see members of the Stortford first XV training at Koru Gym, and those of you who follow BSRFC will start seeing our name, logo, and hopefully staff at the ground, in a deal that will be hugely beneficial to both Koru and BSRFC.
Those of you who have been following us from the start know that our intentions when opening the gym were simple and clear. We wanted to run a gym that gained a reputation for excellence in everything we do, from the trainers and staff, to the equipment, to the day to day running of Koru, we want everything to be done right!
Our second aim was to help the local community. This partnership with BSRFC is one of the first steps in achieving this. BSRFC is an amazing rugby club with teams ranging from the hugely successful first XV, down to the just as successful U6’s. What is just as important to me is that, after meeting with head coach Andy Long earlier this week, he shares the same core values as Koru. It’s about doing the best you can, doing things the right way, and enjoying what you do.
“I’m massively excited about our new partnership with Koru Gym, the environment that Keith has developed is absolutely perfect for what we were looking for and will enable the teams strength and conditioning to the move to the next level. We look forward to working with Keith and his excellent team as we both strive to be the best we can be.”

Head Coach
We wish Bishop’s Stortford RFC every success, especially for their big match this Saturday 25th April against Cornish All Blacks, and here’s to a successful future for us both!

Keith
