It’s good to see more and more of you joining up and using the gym, and its also good to see some of you using the huge range of kettlebells we have here at Koru Gym. However, a lot of people are shying away from them, and this is probably because they’re not sure how to properly train with them. My belief is that, without doubt, the kettle bell is one of the best methods of exercise for all round fitness, and can be used to complement any exercise program.
So if you are interested in booking a 30 minute session with one of our trainers, who will take you through some of the basic moves, please let us know.
