How to Add a New Product (with multiple sizes)

  1. Dashboard: Go to: Products > Add New
  2. Add Product Name
  3. Add Product Description
  4. Select Product Category
  5. Add Product Image
  6. (Optional) Add Product Gallery Images 
  7. Add Product Short Description
  8. Product Data Dropdown > Select: VARIABLE PRODUCT
  9. Click: Attributes > Dropdown menu select: Size > Click: Add
  10. In the Select Terms box select each size option you wish to add for this specific product
  11. Un-tick: Visible on the product page
  12. Tick: Used for Variations
  13. Click: Save Attributes
  14. Click: Variations (back on the left menu) > Dropdown menu “Add Variation” select: Create variations from all attributes > Click: Go
  15. Pop-up Prompt > Click: Ok
  16. Click: Expand (right hand side, above the newly generated variations)
  17. Click: Add Variation from the Dropdown menu > Select: Set Regular Prices > Click: Go > Pop-up appears> Enter Price > Click: Ok
  18. Click: Product Thumbnail Image to remove the generic placeholder > Click: icon that replaces it > Select: actual product image from Media Library (repeat for each sizing option)
  19. You also need to add price information and stock count here for each individual variation (Small, Medium, Large etc.)
  20. Click: Save Changes
  21. Click: Publish

 

How to Add a Similar New Product (Duplicating)

  1. Dashboard: Go to: Products
  2. Select similar product to what you wish to add
  3. Click: Duplicate
  4. Rename Product > e.g. add: Variant 2
  5. Update text information where required
  6. Remove old product image
  7. Add new product image
  8. Remove old product gallery images (if any)
  9. Add new product gallery images (if any)
  10. Update Short Description text where required
  11. Click: Variations  > Click: Expand
  12. Amend Prices for each size variant as required
  13. Replace product thumbnail images
  14. Click: Save Changes
  15. Click: Publish

 

How to Arrange the Order of Products on the Shop Page

  1. Dashboard: Go to: Products
  2. Click: Sorting
  3. Drag product/s to re-order

 

How to Add a New Testimonial

Add a New Testimonial:

  1. Dashboard: Go to Testimonials >Add New
  2. Add Title
  3. Add Testimonial
  4. Add Featured Image
  5. Add Client Details
  6. Click Publish

To Re-order the testimonials:

  1. Dashboard: Go to Testimonials
  2. Click (and hold) on the 3 bars icon (in the Order column) – cursor changes to a hand icon – then drag and drop to re-order

 

Adjust Opening Hours

  1. Dashboard: Go to Content Blocks
  2. Hover over Day to edit > Click Edit
  3. Amend time as required
  4. Click Update

 

Add a New Coach Profile Page [ADMIN ONLY]

Creating the New Coach Page:

  1. Dashboard: Go to Pages > Add New
  2. Set Template to Coach-NEW
  3. Add Title with prefix Coaches: “Coaches: Chris Sawyers
  4. Add Name
  5. Add Bio/Intro text
  6. Click Add Image
  7. Select/Upload an image > Click: Select Image
  8. Click Publish

Adding the New Page to the Coach Page Navigation Menu:

  1. Dashboard: Go to Appearance > Menus
  2. Dropdown box “Select a menu to edit:” > Select: “coaches Nav” > Click “Select”
  3. Select  “Coaches: Chris Sawyers” on the pages menu (on the Left hand side)
  4. Click Add to Menu
  5. Click the Dropdown on the newly added menu entry “Coaches: Chris Sawyers” > amend label to short version of name “Chris
  6. Set order by drag & drop
  7. Click Save Menu

 

Remove a Coach Profile Page [ADMIN ONLY]

  1. Dashboard: Go to Pages
  2. Hover over coach page to be removed
  3. Click Trash
  4. Dashboard: Go to Appearance > Menus
  5. Dropdown box “Select a menu to edit:” > Select: “coaches Nav” > Click “Select”
  6. Click Coach Name box to open dropdown (should now be highlighted red as page has been deleted)
  7. Click Remove
  8. Click Save Menu
