I am a self employed Personal Trainer and a Body Type Nutrition Certified Nutritionist. Having spent time working towards different physical competitions in the past, I am now focused on strength training, why? Out of everything I have trained for, its the one that gives me the most satisfaction. Knowing that the time you have spent training, the time spent on nutrition and recovery has paid off and you are stronger than you have ever been. That is a great feeling, and one I love seeing my clients get as well. Everyone is different and everyone needs a tailored approach in order to reach their training and nutritional goals.
